International Shipping

It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their customs office for eventual fees. In most of the countries you won't be charged anything.

We usually ship on tuesdays and thursdays. We send via regular tracked mail service and you should receive your order in 7-21 days depending on location (USA ~ 10 days). Shipping is FREE for orders over 50,00 EUR. For all other orders, we charge 6,00 EUR.

However, if there is any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Akando product, we offer you our full satisfaction guarantee. Provide us with information about the reason of reclamation and we will replace the product or give you full refund. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
